Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds for tickets purchased will be made. Tickets may be transferred to another party through the ticketing system utilized by the Producer at no charge. Tickets may not be sold or exchanged for a value greater than the face value of the ticket and will be voided immediately if this is the case (aka no scalping). Feminine Yoga Collective, LLC., and Released Parties may change the scheduled teachers, presenters, performers or change the event date or venue without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. In the event of Force Majeure or Act of God event, or Federal, State, or Local government regulation requiring so, the Sedona Yoga Festival may be rescheduled or canceled without notice. Accordingly, performance under its contracts becomes impracticable and no cause of action for breach or liability will arise as a consequence of this Force Majeure, Act Of God, or Federal, State, or Local government regulation. Our primary obligation is to provide an event that is safe for all participants – ticket holders, presenters, staff, and vendors. We strongly encourage all participants and attendees to purchase insurance for their personal or business needs in regards to travel and possible cancellation in this time of global uncertainty. This is a rain or shine event. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or Feminine Yoga Collective, LLC., and Released Parties. By purchasing this class, ticket, event, and/or participating l, I am agreeing to all the terms stated above. This contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. I accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class.
