Theme: Spring Awakening for Intention & Manifestation
With Ariana Kamprad & Emily Tozzolo

As the earth blooms anew this spring, it's the perfect time for us to cultivate fresh energy, set powerful intentions, and manifest our deepest desires. Join us for an inspiring and nurturing Women's Circle where we will gather in sacred space to honor the season of renewal and growth.

Through guided journaling exercises and intention-setting, we'll reflect on our goals, dreams, and aspirations for the months ahead. We’ll also create vision boards, using images and words to visually represent the future we are calling in. This event will provide the tools to align our heart’s desires with the abundant energy of spring, helping us take intentional steps toward making our dreams a reality.

Theme: Spring Renewal with Community Acupuncture

with  Ariana Kamprad  and Beth Li

As the earth awakens, we invite you to align your spirit with the vibrant energy of the Wood Element. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is the season of the Liver and Gallbladder, a time to clear winter’s stagnation and cultivate the flexibility.

During this month's Women's Circle, we will explore how to nourish your body’s unique needs through seasonal lifestyle rituals informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our gathering culminates in a grounding Yin Yoga practice to release physical tension, paired with a restorative Acupuncture treatment designed to nurture you in the spring season.

We hope to leave you feeling feeling clear, balanced, and deeply connected to your inner rhythm.

Theme: A Gathering of Connection & Healing

with  Ariana Kamprad  and DeAnna Houston

This circle is especially meaningful as we celebrate the 4th anniversary of our Women’s Circles. To honor the beautiful community that has grown over the years, we are offering this gathering free of charge as a gift of gratitude.

In honor of Mother's Day, you’re warmly invited to a community gathering designed to deepen your connections and honor the lineage of women who came before us.

Together, we’ll create space to gently clear inherited messages or patterns that no longer serve us, while making room for gratitude, healing, and empowerment. Whether you knew your ancestors or not, their wisdom lives on in you.

This is a safe and welcoming space for women of all backgrounds to connect, reflect, and rise together in sisterhood.

Mothers, daughters, and granddaughters are all welcome.

Space is limited, so please save your spot. We kindly ask that if your plans change, you release your spot so another woman may join the circle.
