Welcoming Joy This Summer
led by Ariana Kamprad & DeAnna Houston
Summer can stir up emotions like anxiety, restlessness, and even a sense of mania—often signs that the body is out of balance. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is the season of the heart, and caring for this energy center can help calm emotional turbulence and invite joy.
Join us for a transformative experience where we’ll explore the connection between our emotions and physical body through Somatic Experiencing. We'll follow this with a soothing yin yoga and breathwork practice designed to open the heart and create space for a joyful, balanced summer.
