Emerging into Spring Energy with Intention
Spring is such an exciting time! The change in season brings a shift in pace. We can finally step outside, move with more energy, and embrace the vibrant atmosphere around us. Yet, it’s easy to overbook ourselves and rush ahead before our bodies and minds are truly ready.
Join us in meditation as we tune into our true needs, emerging from winter’s rest and setting gentle, intentional goals for spring. Together, we’ll envision our spring goddess, embracing her energy as we rise and bloom like flowers from the earth.
