Theme: Grounding Rituals for Summer
With Ariana Kamprad & DeAnna Houston
Join us for a women’s circle designed to support you in moving through the energy of summer with intention and balance.
Summer is a season of joy in which Yang energy is naturally high. This energy invites us outward through gatherings and movement, yet when this becomes excessive, it can leave us feeling overstimulated, anxious, or ungrounded.
In this circle, we will explore how to stay rooted while fully receiving the beauty of summer. Drawing from ancient practices and seasonal awareness, we’ll explore rituals that support the body and nervous system.
You’ll leave with a set of practical, meaningful tools to help you stay steady and grounded, so you can experience summer not as overwhelming, but as deeply supportive and joyful.

Theme: Reigniting Your Inner Flame
with DeAnna Houston & Emily Tozzolo
As summer begins to wind down, many of us may have mixed emotions. The season can leave us feeling depleted or overwhelmed. We may notice grief for what is ending, disappointment in what didn't unfold as hoped, or a need to reconnect with ourselves.
Join us for a special Women's Circle as we honor the transition from summer into fall.
Together, we will gather around a community mandala. We will co-create this sacred centerpiece, and reflect on what we are ready to release from the summer season and what we hope to nourish moving forward. You may brings objects that symbolizes what you wish to cultivate during the months ahead.
Through guided reflection, connection, and ritual, we will tend to our inner spark that may have dimmed, and create space to reignite our energy with intention and purpose.
Each participant will leave with a hand-tied bundle of herbs to symbolize intentions for the Fall season that rekindle our inner flame.
Come as you are and join us in honoring endings, embracing beginnings, and carrying your intentions forward.
